I reckon my first would probably have been a leatherjacket off Rapid Bay jetty. there always used to be plenty of them around.

I reckon that'd be my second....First would be a little tommy.... Think I caught it at the Bluff when I was around 5.

wish icould remember but i reckon it would have been some sort of fish from the brighton jetty about 55years ago do remember the rod though it was a split cane cheers rod

can't remember what it was but more than likely a shitty or st in the port somewhere fishing with my uncles when I was about 5 or 6.My uncle was the one who introduced me to fishing, even went raking at parham and a trip to browns.I feel sorry for the kids out there that don't have a father figure around to introduce them to sports etc, if my uncles weren't around I might not ever have fished or played footy.

My mum has a photo of me with a Gar taken from Pt Hughes Jetty when I was all of three years old taken with a hand line that my Grandfather set up and cast out for me. and have been told that I was as happy as a pig in poo when I got it in.

mine was a small Tommy off the grange jetty. Am sure it was depressed and threw itself onto my hook :icon_lol: I was about 8yrs old if I remember back that far.
