carps 1 Posted October 1, 2010 Report Share Posted October 1, 2010 seen the most amazing specticle today, i took the family in the tinny up to the blanchtown lock (down side) and witnessed the most amazing thing at any given time there would have easily been 1-2 hundred carp tail walking on the water.. ive never witnessed this before but am planning to head back tommorrow with some surface poppers to see if i can temp a few..i cannot believe there are so many carp in our system and what worries me is are we now with this water also inheriting all the other states carp as much as my kids loved seeing it it was really an eye opener there were some monster carp jumping clear out of the water...oh well im gonna do my best over the next couple of days to eradicate as many as possible...
