squid, snook, tommies gar rays big squid more big squid oh and huge cutlies... if you head behind the caravan park onto the beach u get big big mullet and if u head further right u get rays sharks and mullies plus your general rock species hope this helps -

my summer was alrght.. big bream from the onk to mullies down Ards... didnt get onto kingies... ill leave that to Port Augusta in winter... the times i had with blokes fishing though were priceless :D

i tend towards more sauries now as MM said and once they have all gone crap and mushy ill keep it all and make my own burley blocks and what not... as i work in a recycle depot i just grab all the tins and tubs and what not mix all my stuff together and chuck em in the freezer out in the shed

i usually buy pillies only when i hit the beach... other than that i use prawns fresh fillets of fish and im starting to create and make pudding baits for certain fish species... as its cheaper and can make in bulk....

heaps orf mullet and whiting down that way man.. head a couple hours before lunch and u should get a few

brownys fish and chip/ fish shop sells bulk baits to.. whiting heads tommies etc etc... even gents...

U mix it with a fe otha ingrediants... to form sorta of a pudding type bait.. i dont use mince i use chopped up steak pieces in small pieces..

look for sand bars... and cast into the gutter (the deeper water before the sand bar thats how we got ours... u can notice the difference the water is a deeper colour...

was using size 6 hooks and worms and mullet mix...

hey m8 welcome to the site. Plenty of Mullet and Whiting about down that way.. havent seen the salmon schools in close but they have been around... went today to Aldinga this arvo and we got mullet and whiting so they are around
