  1. Looks like that would make a great worm bag for the beach fishos
  2. Looking at honing up some skills with the fly in the west lakes area. Anything on the fly would be my bonus.
  3. @SurfcaztR perhaps you should post up those links to your issues with the Ci4`s. This would allow us fellow fishers read them as well gaining more insight as to the problems you have encountered. Perhaps even allow for some quick and easy remedies / maintenance fixes to help you out. " A problem shared is a problem halved ". So they say....... SF
  4. I thought that the whole idea of the CI4 material, was strength with light weight ? SF
  5. Take your waders into your nearest motor trimmer to get re-stitched,and I reckon for no more than a few $$$, you will be on your way in no time, best check the other stitching as well, might be useful to perhaps get the other stitching redone while you are there..."just in-case"
  6. Nearly fell off my chair, when the tree branch snapped. (Laughing loudly) Funniest Home Video winner there !! I noticed that the fishing outfit never touched the water, good effort. As for the waders filling up, a whole new ballgame there, swan dive included. At least no one was hurt in the making of your movie. Your pictures, write ups and video's are fantastic.
  7. Nice reels, mid to high price range, like the LR110W. If had the coin, would love to give that a crack on the SBT's....
  8. Haven't got one in Adelaide, but a few in Vic and NSW. Will post details up later... Also reasonable prices, (to avoid a poke in the eye). LOL
  9. Lots of stares......... If coin is not a problem, then pay the 1k..... but really? If our Tarpon were as big as Florida's, well then pay the monies. But alas, unless you plan to do Game Fishing up North.. Stick with a basic to low-range model...... same goes for the rod too...
  10. @sbarnden liking the FS Jugulo, the lures look like they have a very good finish to them. As stated back a few posts, the lures' hardware might need upgrading, but then again, I change most of the "fitted with hardware" over to stronger split rings and hooks/trebles anyway. Certainly would not want to lose the so called "fish of a lifetime" because of inferior "original" hardware. Cheers GW
  11. Great write up Alexsfishin1,even more with the impressive photography! I thought at one stage I thought I was reading a fishing magazine.
  12. Nicely put together, looks like a bought one.
