    I love my sashimi but this recipe is must to try and the tuna will melt in your mouth. You can cook it all the way through it doesn't dry the tuna out.

    Wert very good combination must be the acids in the orange juice and lemon that do it all wonders. But definitely best I've tried and I've tried it a lot of different ways.
