Well done Scorps You love them spoons don't ya :icon_lol: so do the fish I think :icon_lol:

I agree Adam, Tierra is a much better rod, I have both rods Tierra and Starlo Stix and the Tierra is better by a mile, loads up better and casts better IMO ;D.You buy what you feel comfortable with, as for sealing the cork, I have heard of fisho's using clear nail polish
-
A quick tip FL, after you land a good bream, run your fingers up and down your leader from the lure to the knot joining your braid and feel for any nicks or abrasions in the leader that will cause it to break on the next bream you hook up on . Oh and the Kangoku and Chubby in your pic, change the trebles to Owners ;D size 12 for the Kangoku and size 10 for the Chubby ;D

Not lately FL, spent my money on new rods .
-
Yep know that feeling mate, I lost one a few weeks ago :icon_e_sad: Ranger also has lost a few of that colour too.
-
Yes I can't wait to grace my tackle box with the new SX range . Don't mean to be rude FL but the top 2 lures are Bassday Kangoku Shads just so no one gets confused ;D nice lures you got though, great colours

Issue #5 is at the printers
Steve-Bream-Fishing replied to weaver's topic in Fishing SA magazine (Wild Coast)
Got mine yesterday from one of our sponsor stores. And as usual yet another excellent edition with some great stories by some members, Ranger, YakAttakKillACat and Weaver, sorry if I missed anyone. Keep up the great work Wild Coast team . -
Mine came from a combination of work and fishing ;D. When I got back into fishing after many many years lay off I got some of these things called 'lures' So I looked on the net to find out forums to learn more about these 'lures', when I stated on forums one night at work where everyone used to comment on how 'hard' I worked :icon_lol: I saw an add for Lazerlures, and I thought 'Lazerlures' how about 'Lazylures'....'Lazylure' 'thats my user name' ;D and its stuck ever since.

Good tip Tony. I also use an Allbright and sometimes have a few problems with it catching on the guides :-\ so I might give the surgeons a go -

Thats fair enough When I read that STH, that says to me using undersize Bream
