  1. Caught this oddball today. Anyone got any ideas?
  2. Some people use it to keep their cars together Jeeps for instance?
  3. I use the bridle when chasing some fish. The other option is a double smelled gang, with one hook in the shoulder, and another toward the back. If using a live gar, one hook thru the tail wrist and a smaller "stinger" below seems to work for me.
  4. Maybe you'll snag a new boat next time jack?
  5. I reckon a few "jackets" would go down beautifully this weekend!

  11. If you're looking at rods, these days most have "spin", "o/head" or "baitcast" written on them. Eg. Sahara graphite 732 6-8kg spin means it is 7feet, 3inches long, 2 piece, suits 6 to 8kg line and that it is designed to be used with an eggbeater/spin/threadline reel
  12. Snapper, mulloway, ray, but most likely, a dog shark.

  17. I've got a couple of small Sienna's, not bad for the price. Looks good on my raider
  18. Yes. Basically mini snapper flashers. With bait, without bait. Yes, they work. If we're whiting fishing in deep water (Lincoln, Drummond, etc) we don't use bait
  19. Hey all. Heading up to Port Hedland in a couple of months for a week. Has anyone here fished it? I've never fished in the tropics, so any help/advice is much appreciated. Cheers, Ben
  20. I caught a doggie on 1 on the weekend! Couldn't believe it. I'm the dogshark whisperer I think. Yea, they work, as do the baitchaser rigs. Just gotta have patience
  21. Unsure as to where to post this. Just wondering if anyone knows the law about making artificial reefs. I've heard different stories on the subject, so if u could be enlightened it would be great. Cheers, Ben
