  2. Combo 1: raider 762 matched with a 2500 sienna and 6lb braid. Lure flicking, casting unweighted baits, or lightly weighted rigs.Combo 2: ugly stik gold 661 8-10kg matched with penn slammer 560 live liner and 30lb braid. Bottom fishing, lure chucking, jigging and trolling.Combo 3: starlo stix 11' shore spin matched with an Okuma eclipz ec65 and 40lb braid. Chucking big baits, big lures and big rigs off into the distance off our beaches.Cheers, Ben

Magnetix mg30ls for my o/h surf, eclipz ec90 for my heavy surf, eclipz ec65 for my medium surf, Okuma classic 300 for my spare o/h boat rod, Okuma 700 classic for my 15kg game rod and an Okuma force 20 bait feeder on my little shimano nibble tip whiting rod.   4. At last count mate, I had 5 Okuma reels. Any dramas and they generally replace them with new. Absolutely LOVE their reels, can reccomend! Cheers, Ben

  8. Try putting your baits in side some stocking, and then onto the hook. It's worked for me. The scent gets out, but the lice can't get in!
  9. What annoys me about the big mags is commercialism. Talk more about bait fishing and easily accessible types/forms of fishing and I'll buy it.

  12. They don't fight very hard, bit like a leathery, found in the same areas, not a common catch on a hook. Another weed eater, and taste like it too. If you goFor a snorkel around the reefs from aldinga to gull rock you'll see quite a few.

  21. I got a surf rod for sale. 12ft, 6000 reel, good 30lb braid. Worked really well as a setup when I lived over there. Used to fish Coles point thru to locks well with it. Caught heaps
  22. I know the issues with the nk as ive had them happen. I could also go on and say that hiluxes blow 5th gear and jeeps wj series blow front diffs and transfer cases. But i wont, lol
