AAhh, nothing like a flight with the hags AFF. Well for me, I've just been too busy to worry about too much, other than paying the bills & gearing up to survive another winter .Couple of the groups I've joined don't have a lot going on & my own, well reread the second line.In the Tackleworld Tacklerats group, I did offer :dry: to source any "TOO HARD STUFF" & on a couple of occasions have delivered, but guess what, the "TOO HARD" items are just that & are still sitting in my shop .So much for being the nice guy.They probably will have a birthday or 3 :woohoo: & that very fact will have y'all understand why

Finally the silly season has wound down a little & allowed us a small break.Took the ferrets up to Caloote (a little downstream from Mannum) for a few hours early one morning in an attempt to beat the heat.Packed all the stuff, boat, skis, ropes, wetsuits, pfd's, kneeboards, cameras, picnic & anything else you'd imagine needing on a kids skiing day.Wanted to make it as big a day as possible to build the runts confidence without actually performing the dutyTook the short jog up through Kersbrook to Birdwood & turned off to Mannum, 40 mins saw us at the ramp that used to be at Caloot

Rooboy, got the range instock, 1000 - 10000, have done Tuna to 12kg on the 1000 size, yes 1000 not 10000, was on "I Fish" couple years back, Salmon, Snapps etc on the 4000. Haven't actually used a 6000 or 10000 but sold heaps of 'em, they don't come back.They are a bit of a bitza reel, xt7 body, high efficiency fish gears of Sahara, 4 bearings as a Sienna.Retails from $90 to $150you know where we are.Finatic

Carps, we have 100% tuna oil, was fortunate enough to stitch up a deal & secured 400litres from Port Lincoln recently, when its gone its gone, don't be fooled by labels suggesting the same coz it simply is not available. If you see "Tuna Oil" in bottles & it has distinct layers of different colours in it, beware coz "Oils ain't Oils" most are blends. You could be about to pay $15 or more a litre for Vegetable oil, Canola oil or whatever else they can find cheap to fill the bottle.Even Neptune branded Tuna oil, which has for years been 100% is now no longer Tuna oil, at least they tell
