rooboy123 9
Yep. I use the bucket with holes in it over the side of the tinny, works fairly well. Gotta remember to pull it out of the water when you move spots, ive forgotten to do that before!!
spog777 1
We made up a frame and covered it with mesh-it was about twice the size of a shrimp net and built the same. Easy to lug about and great for live baits
jimbojames 285
Depends on where you fishing from . When land based I use an esky with an aerator or two depending on how many live bait i'm going for , and i try to keep it out of the sun . When i'm in the canoe i use a bucket with a bilge pump over the side to pump water into the bucket and a couple of returns on the other side to recirculate back out . When i get home with either one i then plug a fish tank aerator into the mains to keep the water aerated . I could put pictures up if needed ? Hope this is helpful . bjorn2fish 4,614
Hey Jimbo I wouldn't mind seeing some pics if you don't mind uploading them. I've been thinking about setting up something like this recently. I've seen a few simple setups like a bucket with an aerator hung over the top and taped to the outside to an esky with tubes feeding through the sides for water inlet and outlet.Be interesting to see your setup.
