  1. Nice Video River man, you were giving it a fair bit of s :c t to bring her in. Good job.
  2. I recon you will find it's a Southern Cardinalfish.
  3. Long Beach Robe is also looking good at the moment, it would be worth spending a night fishing it.
  4. Hi Yorke_angler,You have to be a bit careful when it comes to those stickers, when they are left in the sun they will shrink and distort, giving you a less accurate measurement.CheersGirth
  5. I wonder if they are priced like every thing else in BCF :woohoo: I'll have a look at there online storeCheers for that Horses4courses
  6. Morning All,I'm currently trying to track down the best place in Adelaide to purchase a couple of new Wilson Snyder glas 13'6 surf rods, wanting a mid mount (for spin), sand spike in a two piece. Any assistance on the topic would be awesome.Cheers Girth
  7. Well that is one excellent idea, and you could ajust the weight to suit your needs. I'm sold on that method, i wonder if there are any more awesome ideas?
  8. Good morning fishers,This topic has come about due to the sheer number of lures that i seem to lose while fishing for Salmon. This occurs because i fish light line and heavier lures. This method is used to get as far out as possible, yes i have to admit i have cast my fair share off, going for that monster cast and having a bail arm malfunction. But a lot of the time they are lost on either large salmon up to 3.5kg or hitting a reef. My question to everyone is, where can i get a reasonable lure mould from? Or is there another way people manufacture them?I currently use Halco's, Gillies and Laz
  9. That would not surprise me at all, not a bad way to make some coin, thats if you don't mind the stuffing around. Still an excellent option with the Aussie dollar sitting the way it is.
  10. She's a nice looking unit. It would be good to get some company details and a rough price on what something like that costs. Wouldn't mind looking down that path myself. It's always better if someone has done all the leg work first.
  11. Hey Banga,I did the shark cage dive last year, it was an awesome day out on the water. It is a fair old steam out to Neptune island where i did it. Saw 6 Great Whites all between 3-5 metres in length. You spend about 45 mins down in the cage with up to 3 other people (which i thought was a fair amount of time). They recon now is a good time to do it, as there are more sharks around. Could recommend it to anyone.CheersGirth
  12. You tell them lofty, rules are there for a reason.
