i prefer not to run braid with a roller tip,because i have always used mono for big stuff. if i was to run braid i would probalby use a silicon tip less hassels just incase of a tangle ;)thanx lloyd

i reakon low tide is the best fishing because you then have the less water quantity, to find the fish in! it has produced 4 me over the years but then again so has high tide..thanx lloyd

hay my fishing superstition is that if you go to have a fish just 4 somthing 2do, you usually catch the hard earnt fish that you have been trying for!!!it worked for me on two occasions, i was fishing at semi jetty and a mate rang me and asked if i wana go 2 walleroo with him, i was just said yea ok atleast its better than fishing by myself, i then landed a 75cm snapper, and wasnt expecting 2 get a fish at allthanks lloyd

yea i remember on my home from a YP trip and i was falling asleep. i looked out the car window up at the stars, all of a sudden the clouds formed a circle and some really really bright coloured object came through the clouds. i kept it to myself for a little bit and then after about 2 minz of driving i looked back and it was cutting through the dark sky following us! i told my mate, he pulled over and we hoped out the car, as soon as we hoped out the bloody thing just buzzed off and never seen it since...... really scary, pitch black in the middle of YP, and no other cars around, id love to

I was sitting at home yesterday afternoon when i heard sirens goin off for about 3 minutes. i figured they sounded really close so i Walked out the front of my house and looked up ??? ???There was the plane doing circle work with the sirens on, i had mi hopes up but just out of curiosity i decided to keep my eyes peeled on the water looking for shadows.After watching the plane fly off i had one more look and seen a shadow right on the sandbar. the tide was an incoming,,, a few more closer looks with binoculars.....I found out that all this shadow was, was a seal!!!!!!!! .hissy. .hissy. ::)I di

yea id say the level wind reels is thats no point in 1 for me. not 1 of mi overhead reels have a level wind on them... its really easy to pick up on using ya thumb as the level wind. ;Dmy tip i can give to u obout using ur thumb as a level wind is to make ur way from one side of the spool to the other slowly. not to move ur thumb really qiuk from one side to the other... i see alot of people do this and this puts less line capacity.thanx lloyd

Hey man, if you are holding an eagle ray like brooksey is in that pic,you should be all good because the way the barb is facing is towards the person who is taking the picture!Picture the eagle sitting on the sand in that position. They dont swim upside down and there barb only can only raise on a slight sloap..thanx lloyd

It's best to set ya wire length to how deep you want your bait sitting!! then ya just tie ya balloon to the clip swivel from the wind on leader!thanx lloyd ;D
