FilGors37 0
Hey everyone, Where can you get Beach Worms for bait in adelaide? I want them fresh and alive the way the fish like them. I live aroung Henley Beach and someplace close to that would be great!
macmanluke 16
Ray and Annes tend to have them over summer but not exactly close to Henley beach! FilGors37
FilGors37 0
Thanks Macmanluke for the reply, I was more thinking of geting the beach worms myself.
Savagelip 4
heard of them being pulled from between glenelg & west beach somewhere not sure exactly but where theres a sandbar exposed at low tide in close with water washing over it would be a good start, i get mine from tennyson.. Savagelip 4
yep tennyson beach, low tide on the run out but you want a little water to run over the sand bar so your slop bag can carry the scent up and down as the water washes over if that makes sense.. usually ol' italian chap down there pulling e'm up, good bloke showed me how to get e'm, good luck last session FilGors37

Savagelip 4
not bad, they get bigger down glenelg from what i hear.. how do you keep yours stored, as i imagine you'd fish the afternoon tide seeing as fresh would be the best time to use them? any ideas? FilGors37 0
Hmm, my mate keeps them alive in sea water and changes the water every few days. But ive never fished with live worms so im going to give it a try when i get around to it. Savagelip
