ohh and i either use a cheap bait caster and a shimano et special rod cheapest set up i own but its caught big mullies so it me lucky rod or i use a shimano twinpower 1000 and a tcurve

i use 10lb suffix sometimes 6lb and i use 20lb jinkai leader with either 2 3/0 gammys pretty wide set apart for a hook behind the head and a hook through just above the tail ive had much success like this with not many lost fish i wait a good few 5 slow nervous excited seconds or more while the fish is running then i strike haha ive even waite loong eough that one of my legal fish swallowed the livey and my hooks got rshed out of the gills and around and foul hooked it on the side near its head lol was wierd the line went through its mouth outta the gills lol. ive landed fish form 30cm to 18lb

i have the symetre 2500 only really use it for squid and stuff sort of a thrash around reel lol haha but smooth as i like it u wont be dissapointed cheers tp

a beach is always going to change. id just look for the deepest part of the water close in casting distance as the other boys said an opening to ur gutter or a long stretch of water. pay attention to the waves there pretty helpfull. cheers tp

i just use snap bags but anything to maximise the life of bait might as well do it haha

id say o sullivans beach boat ramp breakwater both sides but watch out for a few obsticles lol haha anywhere really man grab a small bag of pillies crush em up in ur hand throw a handfull in every 10 to 20 mins and u will have to get 1 haha the gear u have sounds fine. but i like to fish light so i use a 7000 pro rocket 20lb line does well with most rays haha cheers tp
