fishing with softy the other day his beach worms by far outfished tubeys. but i have great success on tubeys aswell. guess he just had a better part of the gutter
yo yo....im heading to victor tomorrow and have an assortment of baits like squid heads, flaps, some yfw and tommies. where shall i flick said baits of the beach in hopes of turning up a rod bending arm shaking adrenalin rush around victor way. staying at horseshoe bay caravan park. will have 4wd access so thats not a prob. let us know what and wheres biting lads :Dcheers.Grego.
Oh good topic. In in the market for a 7ft 1-3kg one piece. Top water. Light light plastic n unweighted worms. Come on blokes watcha got. I'm thinking 7"2 might be the go tho.
Bloke at work reckons his mate landed a nine kg salmon somewhere far west. We are doubting with no photo evidence. But now I this perhaps it could b true.
ive got a spot down there where i was catching em regulary on cockle and live tube worms. its just a matter of the kgw beating the pirahnas too the bait
after having a crack at yfw for sweeeet FA i figured i might hit some bream on the head with tubeys in the lake. that was fun for about 2 hours. no legals but a couple of nicer ones. decided after a while to cast around some gulp sandworms with minimal weight. PAID dividends with a solid hookup. and a couple of nice lil runs on light gear. ended up to my shock and horror. a KGW. and it was legal. 32cm :DSo stoked.cheers grego.
does anyone understand the quota and the zones and can explain it to me how the quota works within the zones or wether its open spread for the trawler?
