  1. Close in or further out, fish resources are a finite thing, and Im sure you'd realise at least soemthing of how the food chain works.Any interference in it has a ripple effect

  3. a TLD25 is prob as good as any mid-sized reel for most Tuna imo.50Lb may be overkill for run-of-the-mill fish, until that monster comes along anyway.Some like to topshot with the mono, and run heavier braid under it to get more line on the spool just in case.

Interestingly enough according to Wikepedia, the puffer-fish doent produce it's own toxin, but ingests it from some of the food it eats, mainly sea-snails and similarSupposedly the fish would then be a good source for an antidote too And we're off to a Thai restaraunt tonight.I wonder if puffers are on the menu

The last one I bought had a fold up sytem that worked quite well, but they dont like much strain on them at all, and collapse when u dont want them too :pinch: :whistle: Prob the best Ive had was $10 bux from K-Mart. The frame and hadle is all aluminim about 1.5m long.Look for the ones with the green nylon mesh and triangular mouth yep unfortunateley they do.Just when the deabate over reel quality died off a bit, the net topic came up and took its place Hopefully this wont turn into a I spend $100 on my netsVSI spend $10 on my netsArgument/ Debate/ Verbal punch-up :whistle:
