i just got excited, ive never seen one that big especially off a metro jetty lol... really wasnt expecting a dog shark

that one went 9 kilo's 106cm

inoe its not really alot to brag about but i havnt seen a big one like this before.. mate caught it last night at grange and it actually gave a decent fight lol first pick is me with it second one is the man hoo caught it

We've bulit slide out trays underneath the seats if use no what i mean. So the passenger and drivers seats both have 4 large trays/draws. There pretty big so i keep a takle shop I'n there. When going lb just take a bag wit ur stuff I'n it and ur off.

Just be weary,, those cliffs are dangerous but often good fishing

best reels.. i own one and love it only caught a dog shark on it but, with sharking season coming soon, hopefully ill change that with something half decent

crack my first BIG shark. beat my pb snapper, first mullie and kingie..hopefully will turn out to be a remembered year .. do alot of travelling around the yorkes and hopefully be rewarded with some big fish,, that would be the ultimate..and ofcourse just being out there in general coz it beats NYTHING ELSE !!good lucky guys Barbz

i saw one squid at wool bay of a decent size but thats it... the jetty was ful of tommies thow.. red i missed you there dude..went to stenhouse sat morning for absoultly nothing aswell with a good burley trail and everything.. sat night port giles opened at 10. but dissapointed because the jetty was closed at half way when i went down there after the ship left..wind was all wrong so i couldnt fish it that night.. sunday morning was thinking of heading to kleins point but ship was docked so fished port giles again and caught nothing.. saw a few red mullet get pulled and 2 tommies but thats all.

id be defiantly be trying pt giles jetty for them this summer.. have seen some big kingies crusing around, just not very interested in lures or baits,, but now with a little more knowledge should make life a little more easier

was there exactly the same time as you bluey didnt catch anything thing around woolbay, pt giles but got a couple of decent leather jackets at stenhouse :S couldnt even hook on to anything big down there... :(hopefully things start to clear up soon

im a lure man,,, but ill chuck one with bait aswell.. 30 pound fluro carbon leader with 2 5/0 snelled hooks with either half or a full pillie depending how far my hooks are apart ..
