  1. Its a good read for sure. Saw wild coast on the mag racks probably a year before i looked closely and realised its a SA Magazine. Fishing SA stands out.was curous about the southern adelaide report, where would a begginer go Land Based flicking HB/SP lures for STs. Im at seacliff and its 40 mins up to the port river ans longer to st kildaCheers in advance
  2. new to lures. Bought some Shimano waxwings and have caught nothing.Started with Berkley Frenzy 6cm minnmows. caught ST's
  3. Went for the early Surf at the Mid Coast this morning. 2 Whales off Seaford 7.30am heading north and off Whitton Bluff about 11am.

  10. Have a Shimano Catana estuary spin 662 3-5kg Matched with a sienna then upgraded to a Symetre . that will work well.Also have one with Symetre 2500fl with a shimano Jewel 682 spin 2-4kgThe Symetre reels i think are exceptional value for money. Cheers Damian
  11. The lures were Berkley frenzy's. lots of different sizes etc. minnows, flicker shads , poppers. Im no expert but they seemed to swim ok. maybe hooks arent the best in the world but for just under $5 with rays discount card they seemed like a good deal to me .They have even caught fish! :woohoo:
  12. Rays outdoors Marion Rd have a lot of cheap Lures just left as you enter the store. just under $5 which i think these days is considered cheap.

  18. You dont need to go as far as goolwa beach. Go to Middleton head towards goolwa, take the rd down to the esplanade head upp towards the second car park. walk down the beach and they are everywhere. I usullay pick up a few after a surf and we got our quota in about 30mins
