I often watch fishing show on tv and youtube and one that i really like (although in it's last season)is big angry fish, one of the guys has been developing these scoots (as he calls them) basically they are saltwater flys tied onto a sp jighead, these are nothing new they've been around as long as i can remember in on form or another, i bought some tinsel, thread and glue some time ago but kept forgetting to make them until i was watching an episode the other day were they went scoot fishing (no bait). I pulled out the gear i had bought and some craft supplies i had got from my daughter

if your launching at the new ramp with the pontoons & stay with in the channel markers there should not be any problems remember tho its 7 knots speed limit

Hi there, heading out tomorrow to mainly test our boat as the fuel pump has been replaced. We will be out on the water about 11am can’t go earlier unfortunately. I know this is low tide .. will we be okay to launch at Snowden beach at low tide and head down the port or should we go to north haven to be safe ? Would rather Snowden though. If we took it easy and kept an eye on depth would it be okay ?
