The Winner: Coconut Oil is The Healthiest Oil For Deep Frying
Coconut Oil
Coconut oil is your best choice overall.
Studies have shown that even after 8 hours of continuous deep frying at 365°F (180°C), its quality does not deteriorate (2).
Over 90% of the fatty acids in coconut oil are saturated, which makes it very resistant to heat.
Saturated fats used to be considered unhealthy, but new studies show that they are a completely harmless source of energy for humans (3, 4).
Additionally, coconut oil has numerous health benefits. For example, it can help kill harmful bacteria and viruses, and may even help you lose belly fat (5, 6).
Keep in mind that some varieties can leave a coconut flavor or smell, so I recommend that you try a few different brands until you find one that is suitable.

Not good Brutus, had a bit of a chuckle imagining the fish slipping all over the joint, sorry.
Worse still I have no solution.

Agreed, that's an amazing result 1st 2nd & equal 3rd that burley must really be potent stuff or you must really know your way around over there.
I mulch all prawn, crab, lobster, oyster and cockle shells mixed with pellets. Works for me. We got 1st, 2nd and equal 3rd on the Police Variety Comp at Pt Hughes this year and bagged out a week later at Pt Vic in 1/2 an hour. Largest fish 500mm (most double headers)What left overs, the shells? That's a one man feed.
Cheers
Sounds like you know where to find the whiting , whats your secret ?
Well done.

Had an arvo sesh South of the BHP at Ards on Friday just gone.
Stacks of squid in there, managed our 30 quite easily while at anchor chasing the Snotties.
Managed 20 Snotties.
Was happy with that.
