yep tension ya brake abit till ya get use to it mate ..with casting everything has too be smooth as hard jerks of any sort will nest u up they also tend too nest in the same spot once u have nested it a few times..once u have it sussed re-spool it with quality line

what ya saying good head for radio ya recon mate my favorite way my greek mate showed me is too make up a both with herbs onion chilli galic ect ..boil the crap out of it for 20 minutes then add raw cleaned 1/2ed crabs cook for 5-8 mins DELISH

mines pretty simple but very tastey mate ... done in a work... 5 raw crabs cleaned and 1/2ed 1ltr of chicken stock 1/2 ltr of water 1/2 cup of sweet chilli sauce 3-4 chillis chopped (optional) 2 TBS of ginger powder 6 spring onions chopped (use all the onion) put all ingredient into the wok bring too boil add 1/2ed crabs and continusly turn for about 10 minutes plate serve and eat keep the stock as it makes killer soups i do a chicken and sweetcorn and use this juice instaed of stock MAAAATTTE u cany buy that

lots of Yellow Fin Whiting around on the local beaches mate tenesons ect get some tubeworms from the Dorsal Fin and Rob will put u on track as were to fish mate bigger stuff prob waits down sth or Browns / pondie yorks

my old Maui Jims where the best sunnys ive ever owned glass lenzes are the go but most these days are plastic these days..ive gone back too ugly fish since i dropped my MJs of my head and broke 1 of the lenzes had a dummy spit at the time and put them under a gum tree (at pace) too find out later that the lenzes where replacable lol..so if u can afford it go glass mate
