Fish factory have bins full of fish frames etc.. Just make sure you go early in the morning and or take some gloves. Not the best smelling bins

Gamakatsu hooks are brilliant hook! Expensive but they won't break on you.. Like uhf said with whiting etc its not going to be a big deal, If you ever get a whiting that will snap a hook I'll buy you slab

Hmm... I'm thinking about using it as a mully/snapper reel, It came with 50lb braid on it but i think that will be coming off payday, Not too sure what i will put on it, Defiantly going to be braid though for more line capacity. I'm leaning towards a sensor surf rod, $150 new and feel pretty good

Cheers mate i got an estimated 100 worms tonight. Not 100% sure on how many but boy am i sick of walking along rocks! Little bit cold out, Especially once ya get wet.Alot of boats out there tonight, 5x as many as last night. I managed to break my bucket and lose a good 50 or so worms, Would have been hilarous watching me go arse up trying to recover them. Ended up emptying a spare coolant container with distalled water outta the car.

Yep tonight is the night. went out lb last night and got a good 2 dozen worms. Met a guy whos family owns spot on, Top bloke even gave me a worm What is the best way to preserve them? I salted two quickly this morning and i got covered in blood

A few years ago there was a ban on taking them from the port if im not mistaken. I think it had to do with pollution in the port.I wonder if people knew that some cockles came from the port I'm sure the price will drop down again
