Hi Breambo,there was a nice site that use to give all the live weather info out at Henley beach but it's disappeared.Go to willy Weather and research the area you're keen on, eg tides, swell, wind etc. Click the weather link for say Brighton and in the box on the right with "real time" you'll see the Barometric pressure with an arrow pointing up or down.So as of 6-30pm the BP was 1027.3 hPa rising (arrow up).

Howdy Chief, my old set up was an old s/s laundry tub, recessed into a sheet of food grade s/s with fully welded s/s legs and shelf. Pretty commercial looking unit really, gave it to my old man for when he makes the sauce.I used a laundry sized tub 'cause it was great for cleaning crabs and putting 'em on ice plus just find bigger is better.

Yep, kiwi fruit work well. My fave method is to pour milk over the squid and leave in the fridge over night.
