  2. If it was me id be looking at a 4000-5000 FJ stradic... it all depends on the rod you are going to use (light surf rod, 9ft rod etc)
  3. Spanyid Raiders for me... rigged with a stinger hook on the top split ring... i wont be fishing for salmon this year as my shoulder is rooted...
  4. alot of the bream guys use them in eastern states and from what ive read about them there a good rod

  8. I use spin only.... i feel i cast very accurate with my light spin outfits... only time ill be using an overhead is when im on the big surf beaches casting heaver metal slugs for slamon... which isnt very often
  9. on photobucket copy the IMG code.... and then paste on there. that way it will display it.
  10. theres probably heaps more but it was late and i was sleepy and to be honest mate i havent even tried for snapper.. When you work two jobs it makes it extremely hard to find time to get out... However my sporting career has home to an end due to serious injury so will hopefully have more time to fish..

Moonta is a Good Base camp for a weekend away. plenty of fishing spots both landbased and on the boat plus theres plenty of charters within the copper coast (wallaroo moonta pt Hughes) gAnd on a plus theres quite a few shops eg clothing stores and that for your partners to go and look at so the boys can go fishing :D .Its like a mini town so you have everything you need and its a nice little town.As for fishing theres plenty out there...   19. The best Chance with lures is to "match the hatch" so to me any worm, shrimp, crab/yabbie pattern lure, especially if there hold up around rockwalls and the flats...
  20. We have some of the bushy bait range at Compleat angler..... They certainly feel good and feel they have plenty of guts to them... Will be buying a couple to try out for sure!!!!
