  1. Like many of us I'm sure, but what do you do with any left over braid? I'm thinking of ditching it, but there are other uses for it.
  2. I like your job ... cut 4 bits of wood and smoko time
  3. Great intro on the rods, reels and lures And great session on the water
  4. I'm just glad I saw that this morning and not last night ... would = nightmares
  5. I took the chance ....... with one eye closed - just incase. I was relieved
  6. Before I watch your video, I'm not going to see you in bed am I
  7. Just for the tease to you jerky lovers - a new batch done today for something to do
  8. Nice video Allroy with a couple of models hooked up too. You talk to the fish like I do - keeps us sane I suppose
  9. Definitely a good session and no better way to do that, but with your son. Good video too and thanks for putting up
  10. Here's a few to start you off. Hopefully you get the right cover photo you're after
  11. Hoping it works for you - always a great satisfaction when it does. Let us know how it goes
  12. wow that was certainly was a hard slog session and that running water has some power behind it. It amazes me that trout can be hiding and waiting in such fast running water 'ponds'. But a nice number of 14 was a good achievement, so we wont talk about the lost hook ups
  13. Cheers mate.

Don't go to too much trouble on it, but here's the photos.

  14. (I'm not sure if the following will work as I have copy/pasted/edited details from Bjorns 2019 post) The Strike Hook Footy Tipping Comp for 2020 is setup and ready to go (maybe lol). Address http://www.footytips.com.au/comps/strikehook Password tipping Good luck everyone Note Any issues with logging in or signing up to the comp on the Footy Tips website will need to be directed to the Footy Tips website as we don't have any control over the site we are just using the sites facility to run the competition.
  15. There are few on the site that have launched from there (from memory in some posts), so hopefully they can give some advice/experience to you soon.
  16. They are fantastic drone shots and videos. And agree with gregtech ... what would the polished version look like What beaches were they? They look very nice and love the water colour.
  17. I knew you'd fit right in to this forum
  18. Definitely a good session with 16 in the net. Fast water and constant action would have kept a smile on your face during the drive home Well done Adrian.
  19. Yet another DIY from your home industrial plant lol But will be a good trial for sure. The only thing I understand with ANC worms is that they don't like the cold. So maybe when the cooler months come in, you may have to set up a light inside to give some warmth. I did try Sheldon Catchall Crawlers - different I know - which claimed to be good in fresh and sea water - I used them in sea water and they died quickly .... just as if the were regular earth worms. http://www.sheldonsbait.com.au/catchall-crawlers/ Unfortunately, his trials showed the ANC to rate poorly aga
  20. Congratulations on your new found career as a professional worm hunter Hope they get you some solid fish.
  21. I use the Double Uni knot and don't have any problems with the tag.
  22. That is a hard one I can't find anything for you, but someone might know. Best I can come up with and it's not video etc. is this (which you may have seen already) - it has a few links or "?" that may help - but not really what you're after. Just click the places you want. https://tides4fishing.com/au/south-australia
  23. Great thinking to come up with that .... As they say "where there's a will, there's a way".
  24. Great footage Adrian. Good to get the rain too but you'd think the rain gods could hold off while you're fishing If I have my wet weather gear on, I don't mind fishing in the rain - so long as it's not windy lol Some nice trout entertainment for you and a nice 520g amongst them - always to get a bigger one. Nice ending to the video too with the still shots.
