  1. Try Affs key board, :woohoo:
  2. fish where the fisherman are'nt. :woohoo:
  3. Yep they can be fun and they do take livies, i know this as when chasing the elusive silver ghost you do tend to come across them now and then. They do have a down fall though and can cost you as Smokey has learnt and so have i after snapping my favourite mullie rod on one of these. Happy
  4. Wicked looking setup there PRM, bet it works well. Bet she holds a lot of shitties  too Never the less it would do it's purpose and that's what counts when chasing those Silver Ghosts. :woohoo:
  5. Totally agree with PRM on this as i went out with him from here last week and was appalled at whet him and the other members have to put up with. They should be ashamed of themselves for even taking membership fees from their members at the moment while the ramp is of this state.I supose it makes it too easy for the club when there is a public ramp next door.
  6. As Just_Me has stated i own the 530c and have found it to suit my needs quite well, i updated from a Brooker fisherman C/Console as it was not family friendly. I would be happy to answer any questions you may have and will give you info you wish to know. Bear in mind all boats have their good and bad points and even they depend on what the individual is looking for. ;)Feel free to PM me if you wish.
  7. Nice work on the Mully Sambo, great to see some footage too. Well done :woohoo:
  8. Mine gets so excited when i get the boat out she knows whats happening. Having her on board or even doing a landbase session has never effected the fishing for me. She is a great companion to say the least.
  9. Sounds like it needs a service, or not setting the casting dial correct and have it too tight still.
  10. Goodluck moving any rocks on the breakwall at outer harbour to support your rod holder. :woohoo:
  11. I think i read that PikkOn had one of these and stated that he would never try them again. Can't remember why though.
  12. To fish higher of the bottom use longer line to your sinker from your easy rig.
  13. Cheers guys hadnt seen this variation of the running rig, and like it a lot.Dont use running rigs very often but if I did, id be keen to use this one. Well there you go UHF thats how Moggs is so successful on the boat with the reds and is the best set up for the rocks too as you use a lighter line for the sinker. That way when you get snagged most of the time you only lose that. Also the Hawaiian clips makes it easy to re-rig when the reds are gut hooked.
  14. Amazing how something so simple can make all the difference. :woohoo:
  15. Try this link http://www.strikehook.com/forum/35-bait-a-tackle/174056-circle-hooks-on-whiting
  16. Just getting out there on such a nice night was well worth it, the fish is just a bonus. Well done once again.PS. Did you mix tuna oil with the paint when u did the makeover on the mully magnet. :woohoo:
  17. Using both techniques from 4THA and Boyington combined work for me.
  18. Sounds like a mully, but would be much easier to answer if you could tell us where you were fishing.
  19. More like what their using in their naturally organic cakes and cookies.
