  1. Interesting comment regarding the cray's Paul, when I worked on a cray boat over the West many many years ago we had one day a month off, on the new moon. Was a big day, the skipper with the biggest catch for the month would put on a keg and we had mouse races.

  14. Agree regarding the food (for those that made the wrong choice ). The night was a great opportunity for us to meet face to face instead of just here in the forum. Not suggesting we do exactly the same thing again but I would like to see some way to repeat the gathering while the weather is less favourable for fishing. I am trying to think of an alternative to suggest to the management.

  19. Could I ask how you came up with this subject for a school project and also what level of school it is? There is a lot of experience available from the members here but it is very hard to answer a very general question the way you have framed it
  20. Copper blade spinners with red wool on the hooks used to work well for me, was a long time ago though.
  21. With the amount of water around you may need to invest in one of these?
