I thought that too but we've eaten 3 and only one turned out to be what I would call nice. Any I catch in the future will be going back. Last year when we went down there we caught one and thought "What the hell is that?" come home and did some research found out what they were. Befor that weekend I thought they were only caught in victoria too but I have heard since that at certain times of the year they turn up in certain places. Just gotta be in the right place at the right time. Think it has to do with spawning?

I have tried throwing soft plastics off the beach for them.. but had no luck.. but i get bored pretty quickly with lures.. not long til they will start showing up local..

That uve got the record with that hammerhead for the biggest one becasue ther isnt any hammerhead records on that list

What's so funny! ???I named him Herbert, and I had to get him outta the water quickly, coz there was great big hungry lookin fishies wiv big shiny teeth around, and poor little Herbert was gettin awfully nervous! :icon_eek:
