I had a look at my fishing gear today and it's a shambles. I need to organise it all big time. So it got me thinking what kind of storage and organisation do people have for their fishing gear at home, in the shed or the man cave etc.
If you have any cool car, 4x4, boat storage ideas perhaps we can start another topic for that.
-
Definitely a good idea. I think a floating tub thread could have enough posts to have it's own
Good luck with the hard bodies.

I saw Alex and Underpants live baskets and the comment from hooklinestinker and thought we need a DIY inspiration thread. A place where we can post pics to inspire those who love DIY.
Use this thread to post up DIY projects that you've had around for a while but can only show finished photos of projects.
Don't be a cop out and post up a finished project photo when you could have posted an entirely new, nicely detailed topic.
Feel free to post up anything we all might be interested in e.g. live baskets, live wells, rod holders, lures, custom tackle, boat and trailer mods, stuff that is handy for the fisher, boaty, camper, off roader, you name it!

That was a great report. It looks like you had a ball!
Love the writing in the sand
I was down at Southport yesterday, great day for it, a few salmon caught but not by me They are a little scarce in close. I had a look from where you took the comparison photos in the morning and could see a sand bar pretty far out. I'm wondering if the salmon are staying on the outer side of that sand bar most of the time rather than coming in. I've been down there a few times now at high tide and seem to be fishing on what i would have considered to be the edge of the main gutter I was fishing every other year. I was considering that there were not many fish around but perhaps it's just a change in the landscape down there. -
Sorry mate, gotta call it tonight.
-
Get ya posts in! LAST NIGHT!!!
-
Last weekend to post up for your chance to win the Daiwa combo!!!

Let's hope the fish fire up a bit more today.

We have a couple of good salmon reports but we'd really like to see some more. We know it's been very slow with salmon this year in metro areas where a lot of fishos would be fishing.
So to give everyone more of a chance we are extending the August salmon comp for another two weeks, now ending on Monday the 14th of September!
Good luck!
