@chris yer fatty sausages id say mate i get mine from my local butcher and have to put oil in fry pan too cook them i use crushed garlic in a jar basicaly garlic too taste mate use normal sausage meat if u cant find a fatty free snag and yep killer boat food as these are delish cold too

gday all been messing around with recipes for awhile now and have finaly nailed it give these a whirl u will be impressed major key is too buy ur favorite snag instead of plain sausage meat 700g sausages de-skun 2 carrots 1 onion 2 tb s sweet chilli sause 1tb s tomatoe sauce 1tb s crushed garlic 1 tb s wostishire sauce 1 tea peper and 1 tea spoon salt 4 pampus puff pastry sheets Prep... mix chopped onion and gratted carrot into sausage meat mix all other ingredince together in small bowl add sausage meat and mix in well now to get ingredince even divide mixtur

yep i agree with clark dark nights are best otherwise the gar are the bait ..if tommy are around gar always feed behind them so further back the better..also back the berly right off once they are in the berly stream..best tip i can give u is pin the gents through the fat end which is the end without the black dot and they will wriggle for ages and it will increase ur catch big time good luck and the few reports ive hears is there are lots of big buggers around this year

i got a keg steamer also can boil in them too but once u steam crabs u never go back i use a galv mesh square chicken wire for the insert as it doesnt get hot enough to become dangerous but many will tell u otherwise ..always clean them up green then when ive got 3-4 to go light the cooker steam for 20 mins and intoa seawater ice slury (mouth is watering)..im pretty sure the hong kong at paddys market sell big pots also

if i didnt have a birthday party tonight i would be there with bells on great seafood feed cheap as chips also great prises ect would of been good to catch up with shane again too top bloke and been way to long between drinks if u have no plans this will be a top night out with lots of seafood on the smorgust board

those damn pics have got me hungry again ranger :cheer: when using sea water to keep them alive keep a close eye on them coz once one dies its a fast chain reaction and can have lots of stinky bait in know time i found ice the best method of keeping them alive longest or fridge is better but no fridge while camping

pool leaf skimming nets work a treat i will be out there wed night weather looking alot better than july done a last minute dash out to stk on the 4th night with only 1 mate they were everywhere went out the next night with 5 onboard only got about 50 worms so timing is crutial

gday mate ranger is spot on i will be out there this sunday monday and tuesday if need be killer baits everything loves them i use them with cockles or squid more of a berly on ur hook if fishing for YFW just blood worms went through nearly 100 packs since last year got about 6 left so just in time get out there about 8pm anchor and use a torch or flash the spottys till they come up....will do a post monday night and keep yas informed they will run for about 3 nights with 1 being the best so pays to try a day early good luck anything u need to know flip me a pm happy to help mate

bomfire and bourbon prob mate boat stays under the carport on LWE too much traffic road and water cant fish ur spot xs unless u want to lose them too much stress for my liking
