  2. Moggy23,HSVLS19 and myself have had an excellent season on the schnappz and for the first time we all released our first biggn each,(awesome feeling by the way) because of the outfits we all use the fish are'nt being skull dragged in and suffering barotrauma and havn there bumz hang out, i have only had to swim tha 1 fish so far as did HSV, his gave a tail slap and actually hurt his wrist :pinch: i think water depth has a major part as we are fishn relativly shallow water also helping with the release, we try our best to get the fish in, sometimes a quick pic, then send them on their way.

  10. tried out 2 of these lures today land based with Moggy23they have a good shallow dive on them and can be cast a fair distance, i got the colors SHIW & SHRH and caught an st on eachthey travel through the water nicely and float on the pause, they are available in a sinking model also i have put in a diagram of the magnet system inside and how it works found them reasonably priced at the $15-20 range so anyone lookin for a couple of decent landbased st lures have a chuck with one of these Moggy23 used several different lures including a daiwa double clutch which seemed good as wellcheers 4T

  23. about 2 weeks ago Moggy23 and myself popped into tha scene and had a browse around and came across a range f rods called "carrot stix" woven nano fibres from actual carrots.next it will be nano fibres from our catch  here's a copy of some info i found on it from the net. To manufacture a Carrot Stix nano-bio-fibers are extracted from carrots. These strong, flexible fibers are added to E21's bonding matrix to create a super strong bio-polymer, which is used in the creation of their ultra high modulus graphite blanks. This results in an incredibly light yet strong and responsive blank th
