if your going to buy a rod for next season why don't u just save 100-150 and buy a half decent rod that will last you ages and if you brake it you can get it replaced! better off doing that than spending 20-30 bucks each month of cheap rods that's just my opinion

use hard bodys or chromeys much faster!

we caught 37 and boat limit is 45?? so i dont get what the problem is?? his dad caught a few squid but thats over with now lol caught another 15 today

mates dad was driving the boat but wasn't fishing so yeah but its 3 people in the boat! only 2 of us fishing and he got 23 and i got 14 so didnt even get boat limit so people stop sooking lol...

had free couple of hours yesterday so headed out with a mate local and got stuck into some squid and snook! ended up with 37 squid and 4 snook with a handful lost!

mines 92cm on 15lb was wen i fished heavy wish it was on 4lb or 6

Nice work I headed down there this arvo as well got around 15kg with my dad sister n 2 brothers wasn't hard to find! Was funny little sister thought she found a big cockles until she washed abit of sand off and it had legs lol big sand crab mad her scream . Was a lot people down there plenty of cockles around!

that's not the truth of what happened down there! i know the fisherman who apparently brang a knife out on the other fisherman but wasn't like that at all!he was trying to shark fish and the other fisherman didn't like it because hes a local and down there all the time fishing off that jetty and is sick of shark fisherman down there catching them! he said to my mate stop coming down here all the time fishing for sharks! (was his 1st time down there!)he grabbed his shark gear and threatened to through it into the drink ($1600 set up) and he was lucky he didn't get touched by doing that! my mate

yeah thought so lol i know a few people who fish for mullies around the back of the fc but only get 50-70cm 1s around there no 2m horse lol but yea could be come big 1's around there

i have never herd of people actually spotting mullies and free swimming around in the onk! was it up near the football club? there is a big seal in there atm eating big mulloway could be injured or sick if its just swimming on the surface

yeah u can get them off porties and sullies boat ramp i just use the crust off bread float it on the surface with a bunch of bread and they tend to hit it straight away but they are pretty smart!

in the onk i normally use 5/0 non circles but recently been fishing with circles and am going to change to 6/0 circles have lost a few decent fish due to hooks pulling! so hopefully the circles do the job! 40lb 2 6/0 circles 15lb braid

i have the 4000 size on a 7ft 3-6kg t-curve fits perfectly! there isn't to much size difference just take ur rod in and see what 1 you like on there! :side: u will love the reel
