  1. I'll give you all a hint what the topic of the next Strike Hook comps is.... SNAPPER!!!

     

     

     

    Good luck to all those who are or who have already headed out for the first snapper session of the season.

     

    Just a reminder that the Snapper spawning spatial closures are in place midday 15 December to midday 31 January. Commercial and recreational fishers are prohibited from possessing, targeting, and taking snapper in these areas during the spatial closure period.

     

    Snapper spawning areas in:

    • Spencer Gulf
    • Gulf of Saint Vincent.
