    Quantum Reels

Howdy Mr Cricket....wouldn't worry about em if its for salmon...might want to get something a bit more resilient to the sand and salt...had one once...it was ok...but don't think itll be the best for salmon although I could be wrong...lots of gaps n spaces in the design...spheros5000 or saragosa5000 would be my pick depending on the weight of your salmon rod...although your new salmon rod might want something a lot lot lighter lol

id like to see how the new SOL performs out in the field over a period of time...durability longetivity...does it retain its smoothness...etc...as its new itll certainly be interesting to see ...proven performers like Certates on the other hand...well you know what youre getting...a WAR MACHINE.......sorta thing

hang on fellas...lets just ring up Alan Hawk and ask him...older reels are better anyways...newer ones rely more on bling pazazz and marketing bulldust...as an example the Salitst LTD...apparently a blinged out BG...each to their own but give me an old skool pre magsealed reel anyday
  14. lol just luv teasing you man...n you didn't bite...was waiting for a "SAVAGE" response...don't be sour at me...youre supposed to give it back...ya banana...peace
