  2. 10 single hoop nets imo is way to many since anglers are only allowed 2 rods per person. Think i asked pirsa years ago but seems like they dgad.

  7. Not 100% sure on the rod you have there , but most of those super sticks were butterworth blanks and many were rated at 24kg, they also made lots of 15kg rods and even lighter ones too. The guides were pretty flimsy but still pretty good game gear. Strong blanks those old 50lb stix, not really the same as the 50lb stix on the market these days wouldnt u say?

  13. welcome to the site an good luck. Just use a wire trace and probably a wind on leader for the boat.Float your bait out and catch other fish while you wait.Your rod n reel should be fine, becareful on the boat cozz they will be going spastick in there if your not careful can damage your boat if u bring them on board.

  22. No problem, i supose it depends on if you want it to last a few seasons or a lifetime. Ive noticed some of the newer usa made reels have the graphite body and the older ones made of real steel and are a bit more heavy.
  23. I copied and pasted the original question on an American forum and got some replies that probably intrest you..but as u guess they say much the same.heres 1I have seen and used a 950ssm and quickly got rid of it. I have a few 9500ss older models along with many other SS models, in my opinion the 9500ss is of a much better quality than the 950ssm. I'm also not crazy about the new features, like the clutch assembly and the A/T bearing, as Akfish mentioned, they're prone to corrosion. If you're shopping for the 950ssm, do yourself a favor and get the 9500ss older model, maybe you'll find the bra
