    Well the long range forecast is looking as though there are going to be light winds for most of the state as far west as Fowlers so there is no excuse to enjoy the Easter Long Weekend. Tides are great as they are always for Easter so here is the info I have been able to gather for you.

    Well the snapper closure opens at midday today but the weather is not being kind till tomorrow when there will be light winds until another front comes in and into the weekend till Sunday.     Well the weekend is looking good with light winds in most areas. A series of fronts will move across but will be well south making it great to get out Metro and around the Yorkes and upper reaches. The bloodworm run has been and gone so the fish should be ready for a good feed. We are now coming up to one of the best seasons for a fish August is usually the time where you get the winter species and some of the summer variety start their move into the gulfs.

    The last couple of weeks have been awesome, not in sales but the amount of people coming in with their kids to have a go. I may be old but it is great to see kids enthused again. Great to see!!! While Saturday is looking to be high winds it does drop off very quickly for Sunday and there is nothing better than a blow to get the fish active again, especially with good tides.
