keenfisho reacted to doobie in Kind of cool...
I like the digital line counter, but the novelty of it would wear off before too long. The fight stick would be an interesting one.

keenfisho got a reaction from no_idea in Flurocarbon diameter
Had the same issue with Diawa tournament in the same sizes
Now change between vanish and sunline depending on budget at time of purchase but no problems with either

keenfisho got a reaction from ludaqryz in Darwin
So I'm lucky enough I'm going on a four day fully paid trip to Darwin in August by one of my suppliers
On the Saturday I had a choice of a few different activities. Options varied from the jumping crocs tour, the place that has the clear tub they put you down to the croc in, day spa, free day to your self etc etc
My choice of course was a full day fishing charter which I disappointedly found out today is a off shore charter. Don't get me wrong I'm sure it will be awesome but was really wishing to fulfill a long time dream on flicking some lures in the creeks and catching my first bara.
I also was told today that the day we arrive we have the afternoon to ourselves.
My hand got twitchy straight away thinking free time = fishing
My question is I'm going to chase a half day creek bash charter but who do I go with?
Anyone been with anyone up there that they would recommend?
Thanks

keenfisho got a reaction from Tinker in Review - Daiwa Trout Bag
Awesome little bag
I'm currently using one I got from bcf. Can't remember the brand but more a bum bag style that I throw over my head and shoulder but that looks like a great bag for my flats fishing.
What website did you order it from

keenfisho reacted to keenfisho in Bream rod recommendation 1-3kg
Not two piece but do your self a favour and check out Azuza 1-3kg 6 foot one piece.
Owner of the company was one of Daiwa's designers for years. It so light but very strong and casts a mile. I'm loving mine. Puts my old 2 piece T Curve to shame

Geez Daz you shouldn't have a problem selling your lures and flys there better than most of the shop bought ones

keenfisho got a reaction from Dad 25 in Carp Herpe's
If the government thought about it they could put a tender out to to fertiliser companies to bid for the collection and use of the dead carp
